In 2018 the City of Stonnington engaged WRA to develop the master plan for a new sports stadium integrating existing and new community sports users at Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park. 
 
The site’s steep slope allowed for an innovative site approach to set the large stadium into the slope to reduce visual bulk. A green roof terrace was designed to improve pedestrian connections across the site and create a high-quality landscape for the local community. 

Extensive community consultation and engagement with stakeholders was undertaken as part of the design process. Construction began on the project in 2022.
