Virginia joined WRA in 1988 and specialises in pre-design services such as master planning, business cases, functional briefs. She contributes to concept design for most projects. She is a recognised specialist in performing arts facility design and lead author of Oh You Beautiful Stage: Australian Design and Technical Benchmarks for Performing Arts Centres

Gray joined WRA in 1997 and excels in managing complex projects with detailed understanding of technical issues – such as water treatment systems. He specialises in aquatic, sports and recreation design, particularly at elite level, and was Project Director for ten elite sports projects involving AFL, cricket, rugby union, fencing and basketball. He coaches junior football and basketball and has served on several Aquatic Recreation Victoria task groups.

Chris joined WRA in 1990 and combines excellent design skills with in-depth knowledge of construction detailing and processes. He contributes to concept design for most projects. He has extensive experience as Project Director of educational, sports, aquatic and cultural facilities.

Tammy re-joined WRA in 2011 and specialises in pre-design, master planning and concept design with particular expertise in education and community services projects. Tammy has exceptional communication, consultation and analytic skills, and a finely honed design sense. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of commercial, educational and community projects.

Steve joined WRA in 2001 and has extensive experience in the design documentation of our full range of projects, predominantly sports and recreation, cultural and community centres. He is Project Architect for our larger, more complex projects and, due to his astonishing productivity, those with demanding timeframes.
