This three-storey contemporary learning environment and STEM centre improves teaching and learning opportunities through inter-disciplinary learning between Science and Technology streams. 

On the ground floor a dedicated robotics space links the Physics Lab with the Materials Technology Labs. All open up to outdoor learning spaces. The science labs on the levels above are interspersed with different learning settings such as the tiered ‘tertiary style’ Theory Lab and the open Project Lab with group booths and writable surfaces.

The new facilities enable the vacated facilities to be upgraded into general purpose learning spaces in a rolling facilities upgrade program.

Food technology has been introduced into the school curriculum for the first time with a new Food Technology Lab. The centre also houses a flat floor function space that converts to a lecture theatre with a 300-seat retractable seating unit.
