The Belconnen Community Arts Centre is located on the Lake Gininderra foreshore adjacent to the Belconnen central business district. The project revitalises inner Belconnen through plazas and foreshore promenades providing high quality outdoor recreation and lakeside performance spaces.

The centre provides both visual and performing arts facilities for both ‘making’ and ‘presenting’ creative arts. It also houses administration, retail, and cafés. New facilities comprise 280-seat flexible format theatre, art galleries, studio spaces and workshops, and the upgrade of the existing Belconnen Studio Theatre.
