On behalf of the State Government and City of Greater Geelong, Major Projects Victoria commissioned a business case feasibility study for an upgrade of the existing Geelong Cultural Precinct. WRA provided facility analysis and concept designs for all the major constituents of the centre as well as contributing to urban design and business planning for the precinct. 

Investigations identified spatial requirements for a range of sites and institutions, proposed conceptual models for success in enriching the cultural precinct life, increasing creative industries presence in the precinct, and concept plans for upgrades, expansion and redevelopment.
