WRA were appointed to refurbish the Siena College Staff Workroom within a short building program over the Christmas period.

The existing staff workroom has been expanded and refurbished to house 55 staff in an open office plan environment. Demolition of adjacent storage spaces allowed for expansion of the existing staff workroom, originally located in a single wing of the 2005 administration building. Redundant storage spaces were converted into offices and a quiet room. The new light filled workspace creates better connections between staff and the opportunity for collaborative workspaces.

WRA were also engaged to procure FFE comprising new workstations, storage and meeting room, and breakout furniture.
