In 2018 the City of Stonnington engaged WRA to develop the master plan for a new sports stadium integrating existing and new community sports users at Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park.  Extensive community consultation and engagement with stakeholder was undertaken as a part of the design process.
 
The site’s steep slope allowed for an innovative site approach to set the large stadium into the site to reduce visual bulk. The green roof terrace improves pedestrian connections across the site and creates a high-quality landscape with views over the ovals for the local community.

The new centre opened at the end of 2023 and is home to the Margaret Connellan Stadium - an indoor 4x multipurpose court stadium equipped for netball, basketball, volleyball, pickle-ball, and badminton.

New oval change facilities, social space and spectator areas support the seasonal cricket and lacrosse clubs.

On the upper level, divisible function rooms with a commercial kitchen look out to the undercover synthetic bowls green and across the roof terrace to seven tennis courts.
