WRA and Tract Consultants recently collaborated on the Wollondilly Community, Cultural and Civic Precinct. The project included the development of facility briefs, master planning, and a public realm plan for the precinct. 

Facilities include a multi-function Studio Theatre with 350 retractable seats, community library and learning hub, government services centre for 400 staff, and children’s services building.  

Additionally, the precinct has been designed with the adaptive re-use of the old library to form a flexible Community Arts building, a Village Green, Civic Forecourt, and landscaping.  

WRA are now proceeding with the design and documentation of the Children’s Services building, and Multi-function Studio Theatre.
