The new Government Services Building is currently under construction and is the next phase of the Wollondilly Cultural, Community and Civic Precinct (WCCCP) Master Plan designed by WRA in 2020.

Addressing the Village Green, the Government Services Building will be a 4-storey new workplace for Council with a multi-level basement car park. WRA is working in collaboration with STH Architects on the new facility with a range of work spaces - formal and informal and activity based work settings.

Detailed consultation on workplace design was undertaken with Council to conceive a facility that would meet the growth of the organisation and its aspirations to be an attractive and exciting place to work.
