Our Reconciliation Action Plan is an ongoing commitment to deepening our understanding of First Nations cultures and histories, and to embedding this knowledge within our practice, design processes, and relationships.
Through our work as architects, we make decisions, and guide client decisions, in a way that fundamentally impacts Country. Our undertaking of a Reconciliation Action Plan highlights this responsibility and gives us the opportunity to further learn, explore, and work alongside First Nations communities to ensure their knowledge and perspectives are meaningfully reflected in the built environment.
“This Reflect RAP enables Williams Ross Architects to deepen its understanding of its sphere of influence and the unique contribution it can make to lead progress across the five dimensions. Getting these first steps right will ensure the sustainability of future RAPs and reconciliation initiatives, and provide meaningful impact toward Australia’s reconciliation journey.
